Delivery standards
|
1. The number of postal deliveries to addressees (recipients):
1.1. Six days per week (except for Sunday and holidays) and one or two times per day in Kyiv City, Simferopol’ and Sevastopol’ Cities, oblast center cities and towns of oblast subordination;
1.1. Five days per week (except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays) and one time per day in rayon center towns;
1.2. In other settlements with population in the amount of:
up to 500 persons – no less than three days per week and one time per day;
up to 2,000 persons - no less than four days per week and one time per day;
more than 2,000 persons - no less than five days per week and one time per day.
2. Postal items and ordinary postal money orders subject to delivering in accordance with the Law are delivered to the addressees (recipients) on the day of their arrival if they have arrived to sorting hubs:
2.1. Located in Kyiv City before 8.00 a.m.;
2.2. Located in oblast center cities, Simferopol’ and Sevastopol’ Cities, and in towns of oblast subordination before 10.00 a.m.;
2.3. Located in rayon center towns as well as in delivery postal offices located in other settlements before 14.00 p.m.
Postal items and postal money orders arrived after the before-mentioned time should be delivered to the addressees (recipients) no later than the next working day of the post-office.
3. Advices of arrived postal items and postal money orders subject to delivery in post-offices should be delivered to the addressees (recipients) no later than the next working day of the post-office.
3.1. The Addressee (recipient) residing outside the settlements deliver postal items via and at the expense of interested organizations. Moreover, based on the agreements with these addressees (recipients) the postal items can be delivered to them or their authorized representatives in person in post-offices or delivered in the post-office postal boxes. |
